01Using this website
These terms apply to your use of this website and to your participation in Edo Youth Economic Festival 2026 (EYEF 2026), hosted by Global Career Developer Industry Limited (GCDIL). By using the site or registering, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
02The event
EYEF 2026 is planned for 3 December 2026, 9:00 AM at Heritage Campus, Benson Idahosa University, First Ugbor GRA, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. The programme, times, speakers, venue arrangements and activities are published in good faith and may change. The organizers will update the site and notify registered participants of significant changes.
If the event has to be rescheduled or moved for reasons beyond our control, your registration will carry over to the new arrangements where practicable.
03Registration and credentials
- Give accurate information when you register or apply, and keep it up to date.
- A confirmation or gate credential is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or copied.
- Registration does not guarantee entry: the organizers may refuse or cancel a registration for inaccurate information, security, safety or capacity reasons, or a breach of these terms.
- Exhibitor, sponsor, partner, speaker and Ambassador applications are subject to review and approval. An application is not an offer, and no commitment arises until the organizers confirm it in writing.
04Conduct at the event
We want the festival to be safe and welcoming for everyone. Please respect other participants, speakers, exhibitors, staff and the host venue’s rules, follow the instructions of organizers and security, and do not engage in harassment, discrimination, unlawful activity or disruptive behaviour. We may remove anyone who does.
05Photography and recording
The festival will be photographed and filmed for reporting and promotion. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photos, video and livestreams that we or our media partners publish. If you would prefer not to be featured, tell a member of the media team at the event or email info@globalyoutheconomicfestival.com.
06Exhibitors, speakers and partners
Exhibitors and partners are responsible for their own products, claims, staff, insurance and compliance with applicable law. Listing on this site or presence at the festival is not an endorsement of any business, investment or product. Investment discussions at the festival are between the parties involved; the organizers do not provide financial advice or guarantee any investment outcome.
07Intellectual property
The EYEF name, logo, design and content on this site belong to the organizers or their licensors. You may share links and short excerpts with credit, but you may not copy or reuse the site’s content, brand or design for commercial purposes without written permission. Content you send us (for example an innovation description) stays yours, and you allow us to use it to review your submission and to promote the festival where you have agreed.
08Liability
The site and event information are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, the organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or attendance at the event, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
09Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, videos or documents. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Nigeria.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
